Bulk search questions
Can I search people in bulk?
Yes, you can perform a bulk search using a domain search.1. Go to Create email list.
2. Insert a list of domains which you need emails for, or other filter criteria there. You can insert domains in any form but the preferred format is: one domain per line
3. Press "Create new list" button. After that you will see a list of all and filtered emails for those domains.
4. You can see emails for those domains and BUY button with the price in USD for that email list.
5. Press BUY button to make a purchase. After a successful purchase we will show you a link for downloading the ZIP file with emails of this list.

Are all these email addresses correct?
No. We try everything we can to filter out invalid emails but we cannot guarantee for all.Do you update your data regularly?

How to buy an email list?
1. Go to Create email list page and insert a list of domains which you need emails for.Press "Create new list" button. After that you will be transferred to see a list of all and filtered emails for those domains.
2. In the buy section on top of the page you can see the price in USD$ for that list.
3. Press an appropriate button to make a purchase. After that, you will go to our web shop and fill in a form for your purchase (credit card, PayPal or other method). After a successful purchase we will show you a link for downloading the ZIP file with emails of this list.
How to buy an email list with Bitcoin?
1. Go to Create new email list page and insert a list of domains for which you need emails.Press "Create new list" button. After that you can see a list of all and filtered emails for those domains
2. In red button you can see the price in USD for that list.

How quickly will I receive my email list?
After a successful purchase we will immediately show you a link for downloading the ZIP file with emails of this list.What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
We believe our databases contain the best possible information. However, we also recognize that no database can be perfect. 80% of businesses and 20% of the consumer population move every year. So it is natural to receive a small amount of outdated listings.That is why we offer a free preview of some emails for a domain name and we have a very low starting price for 1000 emails, and much cheaper for more emails.
This enables you to check a portion of our database without buying the entire package.

What if I need to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer care at info@skymem.com before we deliver the data (zip file).Cancelling an order is not possible after delivering the data to your email address.
What is your refund policy?
Considering the nature of data we provide, we do not issue refunds after data delivery.You can see samples of data before making a purchase.
We recommend you to buy data for ~$1 before buying big amount of data. This will enable you to test the quality of data and avoid refund situations.
Can I return a product after purchase?
Once the product is purchased and sent to you, we cannot refund the amount due to electronic format of our products.Therefore, please make sure that you are satisfied with the product you are going to purchase.
Legal questions
Is sending cold emails legal?
Generally speaking yes, provided that it is in a business to business context.You cannot send cold emails to consumers. You need to reach out to each lead individually (no mass emails), and you need to check your country's spam laws.
Note that according to our Terms you will be liable for any misuse of our software, and you will have to accept all liability for compliance with all relevant spam laws.
